Why you should proactively bring joy into your life? It’s the easiest way to improve quality of life and health, which only depends on you.
How to bring more joy into your life? 1. Laugh – Find a way to laugh EVERY DAY. MAKE yourself laugh: break out into a silly dance, watch a funny video, read jokes online, or watch a stand-up comedy show; anything that gets you laughing will do. 2. Smile – smiling will trick your brain into thinking it is happy, even artificial smile (but not in front of the mirror) would do. 3. Hang around people who make you feel good. 4. Actively seek out opportunities to laugh and smile while doing chores 5. Do things that make you feel good. 6. Participate in joy sessions.
Joy Session
Purpose of Joy Session is to experience JOY. Joy session includes the following experiences: Smiling , Dancing, Pentatonic Music, Laughing
Duration of the session is 30 minutes.
Cost: $97
Sessions are available in individual and group format (up to 6 people per session)

a) Sharon, ON rural area or
b) place of your choice in GTA area – in this case the driving will be added to the cost and calculated as $1/km from this location: 20237 Kennedy Rd, Sharon, ON L0G 1V0
